To submit payment, just click on the Add To Cart button below - right under the dollar amount you want to submit - the amount adds up in your cart, then just check out. 

    For instance, to submit $55 dollars, click the Add To Cart  button under $20 two times, click the Add To Cart button under $10 one time and under $5 one time; all these clicks add up to $55 in your chart. Click Check Out and pay through the secure site using your credit card.
